Project scheduling is a constant job. You're continually tweaking the schedule, chasing for updates, and trying to get people to confirm estimates. It's time-consuming. With a few scheduling techniques under your belt, you'll be able to cut the time you spend on scheduling and gain confidence building your project schedule.

The Project Scheduling Workshop will show you how. This highly practical and hands on workshop focuses on how to do real-life scheduling, when you are reliant on other people to give you info... and they aren't expert at estimating. It’s a course that gives you practical advice on setting good foundations for planning, getting people to work with you to break down the work and estimate, and real-world tips for managing the schedule.

Taught live over 3 weeks, you'll join a weekly teaching where we’ll look at something actionable you can do to make project scheduling easier and more efficient. Each call will be around 30 minutes of teaching plus time for discussion, Q&A and a review of your assignments! (Homework is optional!)

All calls will be recorded so if you can’t show up live you will still have access to everything.
